Lunera was born from the vision of its founder, Ayşe Havva Akyol Pesce, who believes that languages are the most powerful bridges connecting people, cultures, and ideas.
A graduate of Anadolu University's Department of English Language Teaching, Pesce realized early on that language is far more than just words. This awareness led her to pursue a Master's degree in Linguistics at Sorbonne University, where she deepened her understanding of global communication through an academic lens.
As a sworn translator, education coach, and consultant, she has spent over 22 years providing English, French, and Turkish-as-a-foreign-language training to white-collar professionals in leading Turkish companies. In parallel, she has delivered consultancy services to numerous firms both in Turkey and abroad while holding managerial and senior executive positions in international sales.
This journey has given her a unique perspective — allowing her to understand corporate needs holistically, from both the educator's and the executive's point of view.
